A delicious, mellow, and balancing medicinal loose leaf tea intended for daily drinking. Provides digestive support during the day and reliably soothes in the evening to ready the mind and body for rest.

Packaged in a home compostable pouch.

For hot tea, infuse 1-2 tsp. in 8 oz. of hot water. For a cold infusion, infuse 2 tbsp. in 32 oz. of room temperature water and steep overnight or in the sun for 1-2 hours. Strain and sip.
